If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to find the best solution.
Because many of our products are curated, handmade, or packaged specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, shipping costs, and carrier charges are non-refundable.
If an international package is refused because customs fees were not paid, any refund will only be issued after the package has safely returned to us. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, and carrier charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
