Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be imposed by their country upon delivery.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by local customs authorities and carriers.

Refusal to pay customs duties or refusal of delivery does not qualify as a product not received claim.

If a package is refused by the customer and returned to sender, any refund will be reviewed only after the package is safely returned. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, and carrier charges are non-refundable.
